Cancellation Policy
Express Delivery Services Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy By using services provided by INTEGRATED TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SERVICES LLC DBA: ITL SERVICES (“ITL SERVICES”), customers agree to the following terms. Booking & Scheduling Bookings may be made by phone, email, online platform, or authorized representatives and are subject to driver availability, weather, traffic, and operational conditions. Customers must provide accurate pickup/delivery information, contact details, package description, and delivery timeframe. Incorrect information may result in delays, added fees, or cancellation. Delivery windows are estimates only and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Customers or recipients must be available during scheduled delivery times. Drivers may wait up to 10 minutes; additional wait or failed delivery fees may apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 2+ hours before pickup: No fee. • Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup: Up to 50% fee may apply. • Same-day or expedited orders canceled after dispatch may incur dispatch, mileage, and driver fees. • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may include fees if requested within 2 hours of pickup. ITL SERVICES may cancel or refuse service due to unsafe conditions, prohibited items, inaccurate information, abusive conduct, or operational issues. Payments & Fees Payment may be required at booking, before dispatch, or upon delivery. Additional charges may apply for wait time, oversized items, after-hours service, tolls, multiple delivery attempts, or restricted-access locations. Liability & Prohibited Items ITL SERVICES does not transport illegal substances, hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, or prohibited goods. Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value or $100 per shipment unless additional coverage is purchased. Customers are responsible for proper packaging and lawful shipments. General Terms ITL SERVICES reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control. Use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
