Cancellation Policy
Logistics Coordinator Services Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy By using logistics coordination services provided by INTEGRATED TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SERVICES LLC DBA: ITL SERVICES (“ITL SERVICES”), clients agree to the following terms. Booking & Scheduling Service requests may be submitted by phone, email, online systems, or authorized representatives and are subject to staff, carrier, and operational availability. Clients must provide accurate shipment details, pickup/delivery locations, dimensions, scheduling requirements, and required permits or documentation. Incorrect information may result in delays, added fees, rescheduling, or cancellation. Services are not confirmed until approved by ITL SERVICES and all required documents, deposits, or payment terms are satisfied. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for lawful shipments, proper packaging, accurate shipment information, and timely communication regarding scheduling changes. ITL SERVICES acts solely as a logistics coordinator and is not responsible for goods ownership or manufacturing. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled service: No fee. • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur dispatch, administrative, or carrier-related fees. • Services canceled after carrier assignment may be charged partially or in full. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and late changes may include additional fees. ITL SERVICES may cancel or refuse services due to unsafe or illegal shipments, inaccurate information, nonpayment, operational issues, or policy violations. Payments & Liability Payment may be required at booking, before dispatch, or upon service completion. Additional fees may apply for expedited requests, after-hours support, route changes, detention time, or additional administrative work. ITL SERVICES is not liable for delays, third-party carrier issues, weather, traffic, government actions, or damages caused by inaccurate shipment information or improper packaging. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the coordination service. Use of services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
