At INTEGRATED TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SERVICES LLC (DBA: ITL SERVICES) (“ITL SERVICES,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing reliable transport and logistics services, including express deliveries, medical courier services, and non-medical passenger ambulatory transportation. This Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for requesting and receiving refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the scheduled service date or completed service. Requests submitted after this timeframe may be denied.
To request a refund, customers must provide:

2. Full Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

Service was canceled by ITL SERVICES and not rescheduled

Service was not performed at all due to our error

Duplicate payment or billing error

Driver or personnel failed to arrive within a reasonable timeframe without notice
3. Partial Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial refund under the following circumstances:

Service was delayed, but still completed

Service was partially completed

Minor service issues or deviations that did not prevent completion

Customer dissatisfaction where services were rendered but did not fully meet expectations
Partial refund amounts are determined at our sole discretion based on the nature and impact of the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Customer cancels outside of the allowed cancellation window (see Section 5)

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, unavailable recipient)

Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures, facility delays)

Refusal of service upon arrival without valid cause

Completed services that met agreed-upon terms
5. Cancellation Policy

Same-Day / Express Services: Must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to scheduled time for a full refund

Scheduled Deliveries or Transportation: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund

Cancellations made outside these windows may result in partial or no refund, depending on incurred costs
6. Medical Courier Services
Due to the sensitive and time-critical nature of medical courier services:

Refunds are limited once a delivery is in progress

No refunds will be issued once items have been picked up and are in transit, unless service failure is directly caused by ITL SERVICES

Any claims must include supporting documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
7. Passenger Transportation Services
For non-medical ambulatory transportation:

Refunds may be denied if the passenger is not present at pickup time (“no-show”)

Delays caused by passenger readiness or late arrival are not eligible for refunds

Service disruptions caused by safety concerns may result in partial refunds at our discretion
8. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and could result in denial of future services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Refunds issued under this policy are the sole and exclusive remedy for service-related issues. ITL SERVICES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
